Knife Grinding Machine Working conditions

power supply voltage: alternating current, rated voltage of 380 (1 ± 10%) V
Required floor space: equipment exterior size, surrounded by 1 m, remaining the top of the box 2 m or more space
Ground: ground floor should be solid and reliable, smooth cement floor is the best.
Manufacturers recommend: after the correction iron readjusted the balance of the machine, fixing the bottom of the device with cement

Installation Notes of Knife Grinding Machine

The machine to take FCL packing, lifting methods should be determine by the center of gravity and the knife grinder’s weight. Firstly, open the cover when you take the knife grinder out of the box, and then forced open the side panel, set the rolling mat in the fuselage below when carry the machine. When lift the machine should pay attention to the safety of people and machines.

Machines should be installed on a solid concrete floor surface, accordance with the foundation plan (see figure 1) to perfuse cement concrete. After the cement to be aging ,adjusting the level of body. Otherwise, machine body will be easily deformed, the machine body's wear and tear will accelerate, so that the grinding quality will decline and the machine’s life will reduce.

Installation location: should select a place without shock, vibration and temperature changes small and safe. Installation of foundation should accord to the geological situation to determin the foundation depth, according to the figure (1) to construct the foundation, and allow the installation of bolt square hole, the above of the holes should wip formation, the machine to be installed only after complete solidification of concrete.

Installation Steps of Knife Grinding Machine

1. Put leveling bolts in its place, and put bolts into the foundation hole; put the bolt into anchor bolt hole at the appropriate height, after hanging the machine in its place; put machine on the plate after screw on the nut, and find the right place to take down the fixtures on the sliding seat; at last clean the machine.

2. Use the horizontal instrument to adjust the machine, the horizontal instrument should be placed on the rails.

3. Straighten the anchor bolt, pour the concrete to the hole.

4. Adjust installation accuracy of the machine, after the solidification to be concrete, then fastening the anchor bolts in the horizontal deviation is less than 0.05/1000mm conditions and smeared around the bottom of machine with cement.

5. Then connect the grounding line, and connect the power in accordance with electrical schematic diagram。
